CSR Co-op Policy for webpage submissions & computer etiquette

If anyone wants things put on the csrco-op webpage you must send me an email (at csrcoop@hotmail.com) with the document attached in order for me to code it for the webpage.  If you provide only a paper copy it may not make it onto the webpage as I can't always scan the document and code it.
 
A reminder also that any document typed in ALL CAPS says in computer etiquette that you are mad, dictating or screaming at the person reading the document.  It is also harder to code for the webpage and harder to read online.  So please do not send documents in all caps-it will not be re-typed, nor uploaded to the webpage.
 
On another note if anyone has items for sale - let me know with a description, price, and either your phone number or email address for the email notice.  You can also include a picture of the item in your attachment.  We will not publish your phone number or email address on the webpage (we don't do it now as this goes out to the public and can be viewed all over the world).
Other notices you want to get out to the members can also be sent via email (Disclaimer:  we reserve the right to not pass the notice on if it is deemed inappropriate).
  
Finally if anyone has any suggestions for our co-op webpage, please let me know.  All reasonable requests will be addressed if time allows.
