Finance Committee

What the Finance Committee does:  This committee helps create the Budget and establishes controls to monitor income, expenses and evaluating proposed expenditures for day-to-day operations. Assists the Board of Directors by reviewing contracts and/or proposals and sets up schedules for capital expenditures. Maintains all financial files and provides the CPA with all necessary information for the completion of a Certified Audit each year.
