Do you have an email address? If yes, please send a message to CSRCoop@hotmail.com. This list will be used to inform everyone of emergencies and other co-op notices. It is easier to send one e-mail out to everyone. If I have your e-mail already but you have changed it, please let us know of the change.
Have you recently changed your phone number or added a cell phone to your home? Please keep Pauline Brown, the Board Secretary informed of the change.
Have you updated your emergency contact form lately. If there is an emergency we would like to have the most current info should we have to notify anyone for you.
Have you added a pet to your household? Please fill out a new pet registration form - which can be found on this webpage and include a picture of the pet for our records.
This co-op is run on volunteering. We need residents to help with various committee's and jobs. Below are some of the committee's that need assistance
The maintenance committee currently has only 1 person on it - if you are interested in helping either long term or for short term projects, please contact Jim Gasper, the Maintenance Chair.
The grievance committee is looking for a new chairperson. If you are interested in the position, please send an email to CSRCoop@hotmail.com
Two adhoc committee's are meeting now - the committment is short term and will be completed by the annual meeting in May 2012. The committee's are : adhoc committee for rules and by-laws changes - contact Pauline Brown if you are interested in joining this committee - the work needs to be completed by April 1st in order to have it ready for the annual meeting packet. The other adhoc committee meeting now is the nomination committee - if you are interested in helping, please contact chairwoman Deb Holbert. The committment to this committee will end after the annual meeting in May 2012.
Membership and Finance Committee's are also looking for additional help, contact either Barbara Clark or Pam King for membership and contact Ann Tanguay for the finance committee.
Nominations for the Board of Directors: Please put your nomination for President, Secretary and 1 Park Rep in the Lot fee box no later than Wednesday, March 28, 2012.
