Maintenance Committee

What the Maintenance Committee does:  The maintenance committee performs many of the duties relative to maintenance of the co-op and its grounds, including the upkeep of the Clubhouse and its yard. The committee is responsible for yard maintenance, snow blowing and minor repairs, with the assistance of additional volunteers. Twice each year leaves, etc. are raked at the Clubhouse. Volunteers are always needed for special projects. The committee will assist, when possible, other committees with their maintenance needs. The Maintenance Committee, in general, makes every effort to assure co-op members of a neat, clean, safe and attractive area in which to live.
