(Photo courtesy of WAAY TV) Adams, age 24 was arrested after drug agents from the Morgan County Drug Task Force and the Decatur Police Organized Crime Unit found 20 pitbulls living in substandard conditions in his home at 28 Simmons Rd. N.W.  13 adult dogs and 7 puppies were found in the residence - another 7 were found at a another residence.

Adams was also charged with possession of marijuana and possession of a controlled substance.

A juvenile was also found in the unsanitary home and The Dept of Human Resources was called.

Adams was released on $1,050 bail.
