A 28-year-old Lawrenceville man faces a single charge of cruelty to animals, records show.

Center) Aaron Scott Miller moved out of his Triborough Hollow
residence and abandoned his dog there for five weeks, according to his arrest
warrant. Neighbors reported that Miller returned Aug. 13 and again left the
dog inside.
The animal had no food or water and the house had no power, the warrant states. Feces and urine also were found throughout the house.
Update 1/3/09: Authorities arrested Miller on a four-and-a-half month old warrant, and charged him with animal cruelty.
According to the warrant, Aaron Scott Miller, 28, moved out of his Triborough Hollow residence in August, leaving his pet dog alone for weeks without food or water. Gwinnett County sheriff's deputies said the house was without electricity and that they found feces and urine all throughout the home.
Jail records show Miller was booked into the Gwinnett County Jail on January 1st, where he was also charged with two counts of failure to appear. He was released Friday on $4,550 bond. Miller's current address is 2544 Redfield Dr. Norcross, GA 30071.
