Kicked and killed a miniature Yorkshire terrier

Ace, a postman is accused of kicking a miniature Yorkshire terrier named Ria to death.

Ria tried to nip Ace in the ankles as he was making his rounds.  Aces kicked the dog into the air, causing a fatal head injuries after the dog landed on a cement pot.

The dog’s owner, 6-year-old Alexandra East was devastated at the loss of Ria.  She didn’t smile again until she was given a new Yorkie puppy named Sparkle.

After a Royal Mail inquiry and official stated “We are satisfied no action should e taken, Mr. Ace has had the opportunity to give his side of the story.  We have told the owners of our deep regret – but dog attacks are a big problem for our staff.

Ace denied he meant to kill Ria will now have a new route.  Ace has received hate mail from a group calling itself the Miniature Yorkshire Terrier Protection Group.
