Carole Lapalme, 54, of Saint-Lin-Laurentides, appeared before Judge Paul Chevalier at the Palais de Justice Joliette of the Court of Quebec.

valid permit to operate his kennel. On October 1st, the SPCA seized 160 dogs
that race were brought to Montreal.
She pleaded not guilty and will return to court on December 17.
