Police are looking for the person(s) who hung a 14-week old West Highland Terrier named “Miss Ellie” from a tree in the 2000 block of Chili Avenue and left her to die in the backyard.
$1000 - $5000.
The Humane Society of Lolly Pop Farm believes the
dog was killed in retaliation.
There is a $2000 reward for information that leads to an arrest. If caught
and convicted, the person responsible could spend up to 2 years in jail and
