Left a puppy tied up and home alone while he went on vacation

Decker age 27 was found guilty of a misdemeanor count of cruelty to animals and was sentenced to two days in jail and fined $150. Decker took a four-day vacation, while leaving the mixed breed puppy tied up with a clothesline at home alone. Further he was banned from owning any pet for two years.

The black and white puppy, named Anna, was found after neighbors complained about barking. The pup was out of water and was so tangled in the clothesline she could barely move.
