Three Canadian Geese run over by County Utility Authority employee

Morristown Police have accused and arrested Edwin Minchin, 32, a Southeast Morris County Municipal Utilities Authority employee of running down three Canadian Geese.

The incident took place in a parking lot on Center Street and was reported by an anonymous caller.  Minchin was found in the lot when he was arrested.

The Utilities Authority has suspended Minchin.
