Manuel Figueroa Stolen a dog then sold her - dog still missing Boston, MA March 30, 2007

Help find Isabelle - stolen in Downtown Crossing, Boston, MA

  (Photo courtesy of the Murphy Family)  Isabelle was taken from Scott Murphy's AAA truck when he stopped and waited in line at a sausage cart at 8pm on March 30th.

Isabelle, a 3-year-old Shih Tzu, was seen being taken by a Hispanic man on a bike that was painted with red flames.  Murphy chased after him.  He drove around until 4am when he spoted the suspect on Boylston St. and jumped out of his truck and alerted police officers nearby.

Manuel Figueroa, age 43 of Boston, confessed to stealing and selling the Shih Tzu, is charge with breaking and entering and larceny over $250.  Figueroa told police he sold the dog to someone on Tremont St.

Update 4/10/07:  The reward for Isabelle has increased by $1,000 thanks to the courtesy of a canine-loving Boston public relations firm.  George Regan has offered the additional reward because he owns 4 dogs and often brings them to his office.
