On Nov. 4 at 10:45 p.m., a 33-year-old man was stopped by officers after he was seen driving slowly, shining a spotlight, presumably to blind deer. The man told police that he had seen "some real nice ones" before he realized he was to be cited for illegal hunting and hunting after hours.
