Amadon, age 31, of 28 Weston Hill Rd, plead not guilty in District Court to Judge Michael Ryan to a violation of a dog abatement and a violation of a nuisance ordnance.

He was found guilty and fined $450.  $425 was suspended for one year if he remains on good behavior.
