Opinion Forum -- Bruce Van Bramer Case:

From Josephine 1/18/07 - I have been following the story on Bruce Van Bramer from the very beginning.  The first article showed ho he cared for all the sick dogs and cats that nobody could take care of.

From the start, I marveled at how such a human being could do this.  There are so many old people hose families no longer bother with them when they get old and sick.

This man takes animals into his home for nothing.  He does this out of his love for them.  And what does he get in return?  People reporting him and taking the animals out of his house.

It's a total outrage.  This man should be rewarded for the love and work he does for those animals.

If only people could take a lesson from him and treat each other with the love and compassion he shows his animals, what a better world this would be.
